Primary logo and original files
Needed before launchLogo
What we need: Confirm which logo is primary (the umbrella lockup or the Kenya-map seal) and send the original vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if they exist.
Why: We rebuilt the umbrella logo as an SVG from a small PNG; original files give an exact, sharper result.
-
Correct social media links
Nice to haveSocial media links
What we need: The LinkedIn link points to a personal profile (/in/…) rather than a company page, and the X handle is SACD46671249. Please confirm or send the correct links.
Why: Visitors use these links to follow and verify SATCD.
-
Higher-resolution photos
Nice to havePhotography
What we need: Original photos at full resolution (ideally 2000px wide or more). The photos we have are at most about 1500px wide.
Why: Larger originals look sharper on big screens and let us use photos more boldly.

-
Organisation-wide impact totals
Needed before launchImpact dashboard
What we need: Headline figures and the period they cover: total people reached since 2019, number of communities served, plus two more numbers SATCD is proud of.
Why: Donors look for measurable impact first. People reached and communities served are currently samples.

Project locations for the map
Nice to haveWhere we work
What we need: Names (village or ward) or coordinates of current and past project sites beyond Maralal, Loosuk and Leir Baawa.
Why: Showing where SATCD works makes the impact concrete; only the head office is pinned today.
See where this appears -
Quotes from the community
Nice to haveVoices from the community
What we need: One or two short quotes from community members or partners, with their name or role and their consent to publish.
Why: Real voices are more convincing than our own description; the current quotes are samples.

Partner logos and permission
Nice to havePartners
What we need: Logos (SVG or high-resolution PNG) for PEPFAR, Ministry of Health Samburu, CASCO Samburu County, Samburu County Department of Culture & Social Services and Hope for Samburu Communities CBO, and confirmation that SATCD may display them.
Why: Recognised partners build donor trust, but logos need permission.

-
Final mission and vision wording
Needed before launchMission, vision and motto
What we need: Confirm the final mission and vision. Leonard's file says the mission is 'To build a safer and resilient community'; the live website uses a longer mission and a different vision. The vision in Leonard's file reads like a description of methods.

Needed before launchRegistration & accountability
What we need: Registration number and registering body, plus any annual reports or audited accounts we can link to.
Why: Transparency about registration and finances is a basic trust signal for donors.
