Who we are
Founded in 2019 and based in Maralal, SATCD works with pastoral and agro-pastoral communities as the designers of their own development, so they can anticipate shocks rather than only respond to them.
Early warning and anticipatory action before shocks hit.
Communities set the priorities and shape every intervention.
Tackling the root causes of poverty across health, livelihoods and governance.
Our work
Every project we run sits under one of these pillars.draft
